The brother of Bobbi-Anne McLeod has paid a touching tribute to his sister after a body believed to be hers was found in Bovisand South Hams yesterday evening. During investigations police discovered a body just south of Plymouth and though formal identification is yet to take place Miss McLeods family have been informed.
